Hey, I'm still really learning how to play all this, and i was never really good at Yu-Gi-Oh, and I keep getting my butt SMASHED by Jake's Cornfield deck! But, I'm gonna stay true to my Blue Plains deck and continue running it until i'm GREAT! Hmu on my skype PeculiarPixi3 so I can get in some practice!

Welcome! Cornfields are tough because they just hit fast and hard. That's awesome that you went with blue plains I'm curious to see how it works for you. Lots of combos with swapping lanes from what I understand yea?

srsly, the most Ive done to my opponent so far is 8 against the cornfields, and 5 (with these new cards i added to my deck) against my friend who is really good with tcg. My deck USED to work by drawing cards... that has definitely changed. But even with the new strategy i'm working on I still change lanes with the pig, because I wouldn't make it very long if I didn't flip those cornfields!

i wish i had more familiarity with how blue works but it's probably the one land i'm least familiar with. :\ i guess just keep playing around with those swap combos and see if you can find a way to work with the power bonuses that they get. from my understanding of blue it's a more technical land to play so it probably requires some more finesse and patience than running something more direct like cornfields.

yeah I think they felt bad for having Jake lose in the show, so they powered up the cards for that particular deck.... -sigh-
